It is a stair not only designer for human, but motorbike from the workshop below to travel upwards. Therefore the texture of the steps are used to cater the motorbikes as well, to act like it is a slope instead of a stairs.
It is a stair designed with detailed pattern on the steps. the railway it designed in square shape, allowing the view yet protecting visitors from falling. The detailed design of each steps is to make the step with higher friction with walkers so as to provide a better walking experience.
